Terms and Conditions
The annual Salon Premier Membership fee is 58,200 Premier Points a one-year term.
Send your request on company letterhead and signed by the Business Representative or Authorized Contact. The letter should include:
Corporate Account Number
Individual Club Premier Account Number of the member who will be awarded the Salon Premier Membership
Member's name
