Terms and Conditions

By participating in this promotion, you declare that you acknowledge and accept these "Terms and Conditions of City Express Hotels with Club Premier Corporate".

Description: The Club Premier Corporate Companies may earn Premier Points for their stays at the City Express, City Express Suites, City Express Plus and City Centro hotel establishments in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

Likewise, the collaborators of the Corporate Club Premier Company who are Club Premier Members (the "Members" or the "Member" or the "collaborator") may earn Premier Points for their stays at the City Express, City Express Suites, City Express Plus and City Centro in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

Mechanics for the Club Premier Corporate Company

The Club Premier Corporate Company must make the reservation by phone from all over Mexico at 800 248 9003 and from the United States at 1 855 222 8285 or at www.cityexpress.com, select the hotel and the rate that best suit the needs of your business trip.

When checking-in at the destination hotel, your collaborator must present their Club Premier Member Number at the hotel´s front desk to earn Premier Points in their Individual Account.

For the accrual of Premier Points for the Company to be credited, the Representative or collaborator must request the invoice at the time of check-out and register it in our Retroactive Accrual section at https://corporativo.clubpremier.com/htlArrRegister/register and entering the Club Premier Corporate Account number of your company so that it also earns Premier Points.

Premier Points will be reflected in the Company's Corporate Account within 30 days after the invoice registration date.

Mechanics for Club Premier Member

The Member must make a reservation by phone from all over Mexico at 800 248 9003 and from the United States at 1 855 222 8285 or at www.cityexpress.com, select the hotel and the rate that best suit the needs of your trip.

When checking in at the destination hotel, your collaborator must present their Club Premier Member Number at the hotel reception to earn Premier Points in their Individual Account and the Premier Points will be reflected in a period of 10 days after of the departure date (check-out).

If your collaborator at the time of check-in did not earn their Premier Points, they can register them online by following the following steps:

By logging in with your individual Club Premier Member Account at www.clubpremier.com

Registering the details of the reservation you made with your Club Premier Individual number in the retroactive accreditation portal https://Member.clubpremier.com/htlArrRegister/register

Once the validation process has concluded, you will be able to see your Premier Points reflected in your Account within a period of 14 days after the retroactive accrual registration date.

Restrictions for the Club Premier Corporate Company

The accrual of Premier Points is valid only when booking at City Express, City Express Suites, City Express Plus and City Centro Hotels.

Does not apply with other promotions.

The Company must request and enter the invoice corresponding to the stay for the Premier Points to be credited.

The maximum validity for accreditation claim is 6 months.

If the accreditation is not carried out, you can request your accrual during the 6 months after the date you stayed.

For extemporaneous accreditations or retroactive accruals, the Club Premier Corporate Company must have an affiliation date prior to the stay.

Both the Club Premier Corporate Company and the individual Member may request the accreditation of the corresponding Premier Points for the completed accommodation following the processes mentioned in these Terms and Conditions.

The accrual of Premier Points is per room per night of accommodation.

Applies only for a maximum of two rooms per stay. Restrictions apply.

If two or more Members stay together in the same room, Premier Points will only be credited in the Member's Account in whose name the invoice is registered.

They do not credit stays reserved by online agencies (OTAs) or with a company agreement rate. The accreditation will be applied as long as the rate paid during the stay grants the benefit (eg Public, Corporate, Weekend and Internet Rate).

The Club Premier Member must provide their full Membership number and must be the owner of the room. A maximum of two rooms are credited per Club Premier Member.

Only City Express, City Express Suites, City Express Plus and City Centro brands credit Premier Points.

Only effective stays in participating brands apply.

Only the hosting service earns Premier Points, additional services are exempt.

The City Express Junior brand does not earn Premier Points.

Validity

The validity of these Terms and Conditions is indefinite. Club Premier Corporate has the power to cancel this promotion at any time and without prior notice.

Fraud

Club Premier Corporate reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate should it detect frauds, fraudulent conducts or wrongdoing by Companies in Club Premier Corporate accounts.

PLM Premier, S.A.P.I. de C.V. reserves the right to suspend any Club Premier Corporate Company temporarily or to terminate it definitively from the Program for failure to comply with Club Premier Corporate’s Terms and Conditions or in order to protect its interests, notifying the Club Premier Corporate Company in writing 24 (twenty-four) hours in advance. Temporary suspension shall result in the Club Premier Corporate account being disabled during its term. During said term, the Club Premier Corporate Company shall thus be unable to credit Points to their Club Premier Corporate account and to Redeem or Exchange Points credited to their Club Premier Corporate account. All Benefits generally granted to Club Premier Corporate Companies shall also be suspended. Definitive termination shall result in the definitive cancellation of the Club Premier Corporate account, of any Points accredited to it and of all Benefits granted to Club Premier Corporate Companies.

General Terms and Conditions

This promotion will be subject to the rules of the Club Premier Corporate Program, available on “the Website.”

Club Premier Corporate reserves the right to amend Plans, the amount, and the Benefits at any time, without prior notice.

No sign up to the Club Premier Corporate program will be eligible to access higher Aeroméxico tiers (Gold, Platinum or Titanium).

Enrollment into the Club Premier Corporate Program does not guarantee the availability of any reward in the Club Premier Corporate Program. Club Premier Corporate is not responsible for the Club Premier Corporate Company’s ability or inability to use, exchange or redeem Premier Points accrued for signing up for the Club Premier Corporate Program.

Should sign up for this Promotion or for the Club Premier Corporate Program be used by the Club Premier Corporate Company for improper purposes or unduly obtained from a Bank Card, fraud or any other unlawful means, Club Premier Corporate may, at its sole discretion, cancel, void, refuse to honor and/or confiscate them and pursue any and all rights and remedies that may be available.

The Club Premier Corporate Company agrees to cooperate with all reasonable requests by Club Premier Corporate aimed at investigating or taking legal action against any party involved or any party suspected of being involved in the unlawful use of signup for this Promotion or the Club Premier Corporate Program, of committing fraud with such signup, and fraudulent conducts or wrongdoing by the Club Premier Corporate Company in connection with Club Premier Corporate accounts.

The Club Premier Corporate Company accepts the awarding and use of Premier Points are subject to the Club Premier Corporate Program terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations.

The validity of credited Premier Points will be governed by the current Premier Point Validity Policy and by the Club Premier Corporate Program rules.

Premier Points referred to in the Club Premier Corporate Program are not actual physical Points, but a representation of credits in the Club Premier Corporate Program. Said Points are not equivalent or convertible to cash currency.

Personal data

Any processing of personal data by Club Premier Corporate, as well as the exercise of ARCO Rights by the Club Premier Corporate Company, shall be done in accordance with the Law and Regulations applicable in the United Mexican States, and in compliance with the provisions of the Club Premier Corporate Privacy Notice, which you accepted prior to signing up for Club Premier Corporate (to review the Privacy Notice, please go to www.clubpremier.com)

In accordance with the Federal Act for the Prevention and Identification of Transactions with Illegal Proceeds and as a result from certain activities by the Club Premier Corporate Company which are deemed sensitive by the authorities, Club Premier Corporate shall share your Personal Data with the relevant authorities.

The information contained in Notices given to the relevant authorities shall be used exclusively to prevent, identify, investigate and sanction transactions with illegal proceeds and associated crimes. The afore mentioned personal data shall be safeguarded under the terms of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States.

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, in connection with their interpretation or compliance, shall be governed by the Law and jurisdiction of the competent Courts in Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of subject-matter or present or future address.
