Due to the contingency for COVID 19 this year we will not be sending Tier Cards physically to your company. For this reason, we suggest your employees to download the Club Premier App and enter their personal Account data to access their digital Tier Card, in it they will be able to:
-Know your personal Club Premier Aeroméxico Level or that granted by your Corporate Account.
-View and use your virtual Card to accumulate Premier Points, enter Premier Lounges and more.
Enter www.clubpremier.com
Your employees must log in with their personal Account to which their Club Premier Aeromexico Level was assigned.
They must enter the My Account menu, select My Profile and make sure their data is up to date.
With the data already verified they must:
1. Go back to the My Account menu
2. Go to Card replacement
3. Select the updated address and report.
Once the report is generated, the card will arrive at the address indicated in a period of 14 business days.
The Call Centers are open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. local time in each country, to the Rest of the World, local time in Mexico City.
