Terms and Conditions
By being a Club Premier Corporate Company, you declare to acknowledge and accept these “Terms and Conditions for the Benefits of Club Premier Corporate”.
Description: Club Premier Corporate Companies may obtain different Tier cards and the respective benefits of each level, according to the following guidelines:
The Club Premier Corporate Companies are classified into Tiers according to their annual turnover in flights with Aeroméxico.
According to the Tier you reach, you will be granted a number of Gold and Platinum Cards based on the following table:

The ranking is calculated considering only the Club Premier Corporate base rate for AM code flights operated by Aeroméxico. The Business Representative may manage the use of the Tier cards within clubpremiercorporativo.com and may assign them to the employees of his choice. Having done this, the employee will have their Gold level in their Individual Club Premier account number.
Aeroméxico Gold Tier
Employees who are awarded the Aeroméxico Gold Tier may have the following benefits:
Promotions
Members belonging to the Aeroméxico Gold Tier will be able to obtain 1 (one) complimentary upgrade to the Premier Cabin, depending on the availability and restrictions of the purchased fare family.
The Member will be automatically placed on the list, so you will not have to request to enter the waiting list for the promotion. If there is availability in class “O” and all the requirements are met, you can obtain it.
Courtesy Promotions with Aeroméxico
The promotion applies to the Gold Tier Member and a companion with the same itinerary and PNR (Reservation code).
Cabin upgrade benefits will not apply to Aeroméxico Levels when purchasing a Basic Fare Class or “V” class.
The Member and the companion, either with Delta or Aeroméxico, must have entered a Club Premier, SkyMiles® Medallion® or SkyTeam frequent flyer number to be considered for the Upgrade.
The promotion benefit applies to the Award Ticket and will be given according to availability in class “O”.
The promotion is confirmed by email to the Member, within the time window eligible by Tier.
Complimentary upgrades with Delta will be granted automatically depending on the availability of seats in the Premier Cabin (Applies to the Member and a companion with the same itinerary and PNR (reservation code). Both the Member and the companion must enter a number frequent flyer to be eligible to receive the benefit.
Classical "E" class is not eligible for benefits of complimentary upgrades on flights under the Delta code.
Complimentary upgrades do not apply for purchase of the seat with Premier Points and do not apply for companions.

Complimentary Upgrades that will be automatically awarded by the Upgrade Robot depending on the availability of Premier Class “O” Courtesy Class seats.

Access to check-in at Aeroméxico or SkyTeam Premier Class counters®
Selection and allocation of seats at no additional cost (72 hours before) on flights paid with Aeroméxico fare. (AM Plus, Preferred Seats, Emergency exits and any seats in Economy Class). This benefit does not apply if you have purchased the Basic Fare Class or "V" Class.
Elite Member Benefits with Aeroméxico and SkyTeam® within airports, priority check-in, boarding, preferential seats (subject to availability).
SkyTeam ® Elite Member Distinction worldwide.
For the USA and Canada, the cost of the first suitcase in Economy cabin is condoned. There is no additional bag in Premier Class.
If you are a Member of the Platinum, Gold or SkyTeam Elite Plus Tiers you will be awarded an additional bag of the same weight and measurements according to the franchise established for the route to travel, according to the following table:

Restrictions to additional baggage.
Effect
The Club Premier Corporate Company will have from January 1st to December 31st of each year to accrue qualifying Premier Points to maintain or reach your Aeroméxico Gold or Platinum Tier. This Tier will be reflected from the moment the qualifying Premier Points are reached until 31 December of the following year.
Stay will be subject to the Premier Points accrued in the period from 1 January to 31 December each year. After this period, it will be necessary to re-accrue 50,000 qualifying Premier Points or complete fifty simple flights traveling with Aeroméxico and/or SkyTeam airlines®
Restrictions
There is an Award Ticket issuance fee by booking on www.clubpremier.com and if the Member reserves for other channels.
The issuance fee applies per passenger.
In order for the Member and companion to be creditors to the complimentary upgrade, the Member and the companion must travel on the same itinerary, the same reservation code (PNR) and both must include their Club Premier Membership number in the reservation. In the event that either does not include a frequent flyer number, neither of them will be given the benefit.
Fraud
Club Premier Corporate reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate should it detect frauds, fraudulent conducts or wrongdoing by Companies in Club Premier Corporate accounts.
PLM Premier, S.A.P.I. de C.V. reserves the right to suspend any Club Premier Corporate Company temporarily or to terminate it definitively from the Program for failure to comply with Club Premier Corporate’s Terms and Conditions or in order to protect its interests, notifying the Club Premier Corporate Company in writing 24 (twenty-four) hours in advance. Temporary suspension shall result in the Club Premier Corporate account being disabled during its term. During said term, the Club Premier Corporate Company shall thus be unable to credit Points to their Club Premier Corporate account and to Redeem or Exchange Points credited to their Club Premier Corporate account. All Benefits generally granted to Club Premier Corporate Companies shall also be suspended. Definitive termination shall result in the definitive cancellation of the Club Premier Corporate account, of any Points accredited to it and of all Benefits granted to Club Premier Corporate Companies.

General Terms and Conditions
The Organizer of this Promotion is PLM Premier, S.A.P.I. de C.V., located at #250 Paseo de la Reforma, Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City. holding Federal taxpayer’s ID PPR121105924.
This promotion will be subject to the rules of the Club Premier Corporate Program, available on “the Website.”
Club Premier Corporate reserves the right to amend Plans, the amount and the Benefits at any time, without prior notice.
No sign up to the Club Premier Corporate program will be eligible to access higher Aeroméxico tiers (Gold or Platinum).
Enrollment into the Club Premier Corporate Program does not guarantee the availability of any reward in the Club Premier Corporate Program. Club Premier Corporate is not responsible for the Club Premier Corporate Company’s ability or inability to use, exchange or redeem Premier Points accrued for signing up for the Club Premier Corporate Program.
Should sign up for this Promotion or for the Club Premier Corporate Program be used by the Club Premier Corporate Company for improper purposes or unduly obtained from a Bank Card, fraud or any other unlawful means, Club Premier Corporate may, at its sole discretion, cancel, void, refuse to honor and/or confiscate them and pursue any and all rights and remedies that may be available.
The Club Premier Corporate Company agrees to cooperate with all reasonable requests by Club Premier Corporate aimed at investigating or taking legal action against any party involved or any party suspected of being involved in the unlawful use of signup for this Promotion or the Club Premier Corporate Program, of committing fraud with such signup, and fraudulent conducts or wrongdoing by the Club Premier Corporate Company in connection with Club Premier Corporate accounts.
The Club Premier Corporate Company accepts the awarding and use of Premier Points are subject to the Club Premier Corporate Program terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations.
The validity of credited Premier Points will be governed by the current Premier Point Validity Policy and by the Club Premier Corporate Program rules.
Premier Points referred to in the Club Premier Corporate Program are not actual physical points, but a representation of credits in the Club Premier Corporate Program. Said Points are not equivalent or convertible to cash currency.
Personal data
Any processing of personal data by Club Premier Corporate, as well as the exercise of ARCO Rights by the Club Premier Corporate Company, shall be done in accordance with the Law and Regulations applicable in the United Mexican States, and in compliance with the provisions of the Club Premier Corporate Privacy Notice, which you accepted prior to signing up for Club Premier Corporate (to review the Privacy Notice, please go to www.clubpremier.com)
In accordance with the Federal Act for the Prevention and Identification of Transactions with Illegal Proceeds and as a result from certain activities by the Club Premier Corporate Company which are deemed sensitive by the authorities, Club Premier Corporate shall share your Personal Data with the relevant authorities.
The information contained in Notices given to the relevant authorities shall be used exclusively to prevent, identify, investigate and sanction transactions with illegal proceeds and associated crimes. The aforementioned personal data shall be safeguarded under the terms of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, in connection with their interpretation or compliance, shall be governed by the Law and jurisdiction of the competent Courts in Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of subject-matter or present or future address.
