Do the Premier Points credited to my company’s Corporate Account affect the Premier Points credited to my Individual Account?

All Premier Points credited to Corporate Accounts are in addition to the Premier Points credited to the employee’s Individual Account.

If my flight is long-haul, will the Corporate Account earn the same 500 Premier Points?

The minimum amount credited for each flight booked under the Corporate Account is 500 Premier Points. The accrual rates are listed as follows, with the greater of the two credited to the account:

Flights within Mexico 35% of the distance flown

International Flights 50% of the distance flown

For example: The Corporate Account will earn 500 Premier Points for the MEX-ACA route, and 1,022 Premier Points for the MEX-MIA route, as the 50% of the route’s base mileage.

How will I know if I´ve received the upgrade to AM Plus?

Upgrade notifications will be sent to the email address registered under the company’s Corporate Account.

The benefit will be in effect for 1 year from the date of notification (via email) of the acquisition of the benefit. This benefit should be used during its term for reservations no longer than 6 months ahead. The upgrade can only be requested through each country’s Call Center.

The benefit may be used by any employee appointed by the Business Representative.

Will I receive a discount voucher of $1,000 MXN just because my company is registered in the Corporate Club Premier program?

To receive the discount voucher of $1,000 MXN you need 10 registered one-way flights on the Corporate Account, taken as of February 1, 2014, and registered in the last 12 months.

Every time you accumulate 10 flights during the period aforesaid, you will be granted this benefit. To receive additional benefits, the company must register again 10 flights, and so subsequently whenever you need an extra benefit.

It will be in effect for one year from the date of notification (via email) of the acquisition of the benefit. This voucher shall be used during its term for reservations no longer than six months ahead.

The discount is valid for the person appointed by the company (Business Representative).

Does the discount voucher of $1,000 MXN apply in any class and any route and fare?

The voucher is valid only for base fare air tickets.

Round-trip.

All routes of Aeromexico.

AM coded flights operated by Aeromexico and Aeromexico Connect, series 1 to 3999 (does not apply on codeshare flights).

Any public class of group fares:

Classic (“U”, "K", "H", "L", "Q", "T")

Flexible ("Y", "B", "M")

Comfort ("D", "I")

Premier (“J”, “C”)

Valid for every day of the year, in accordance with the deadlines of use and reservation.

The discount voucher is valid only for the reservation and purchase of tickets through the website www.aeromexico.com, and reservation and ticketing must be completed in a single transaction.

What requirements must the employees of the companies enrolled in the Club Premier Corporate Program meet in order to receive the 50% discount off in the acquisition of the One-Day Passes and Salon Premier Memberships?

The company must be enrolled in the Club Premier Corporate Program. The discount applies as long as the employee’s reservation includes the company’s unique Club Premier Accumulation Code when purchasing the One-Day Pass or Salon Premier Membership.

How many Salon Premier Memberships and One-Day Passes can I purchase with the 50% discount?

As many as you wish, as long as the company has a Club Premier Corporate Account, and the products are paid in cash or with a credit card.

Can the 50% discount off on the purchase of One-Day Passes be extended to companions travelling with the employee of a Club Premier Corporate Member?

The benefit can be extended to a companion as long as both, the employee and guest are travelling on the same flight, under different booking codes.

It is important to note that the employee’s reservation must include the company’s unique Club Premier Accumulation Code.

Where can I redeem the Premier Points of my Corporate Account to get Gift Cards?

Only at www.clubpremiercorporativo.com, where the Business Representative or any Authorized Contact must enter proper data at https://corporativo.clubpremier.com/login/auth and select the amount of the Aeromexico Voucher they wish to purchase and complete the transaction. This will generate a notification sent to the registered email.

How long are this Gift Cards valid for buying tickets?

They will be in effect for six months from the date of notification (via email) of the acquisition of the benefit. This Gift Card should be used during its term for reservations no longer than eleven (11) months ahead.

The card may be used by any employee appointed by the Business Representative and is valid only for that employee to make a reservation.

Can I pay the taxes of my ticket with the Gift Card when buying a ticket?

The Gift Card is valid only for base fare air tickets. Taxes and service fees applicable shall be borne entirely by the company.

Can I use the Gift Card for any class, route, and fare?

The Gift Card can be used to pay for all products and services of Aeromexico and Aeromexico Connect, such as airline tickets, Gran Plan packages, excess baggage, access to Salones Premier, changes' fees, among others.

Can I use the Gift Card at any Ticket Office, Travel Agency or Call Center?

The Business Representative or Contact may use its card to partially pay for a purchase and settle the balance with other means of payment accepted at the point of sale.

Agencies only accept the Gift Card and cash.

Aeromexico's ticket offices accept multiple forms of payment, it means, they accept the Gift Card and/or cash, debit card, credit card or service card.

The Call Center accepts multiple forms of payment, it means, they accept the Gift Card and/or cash, debit card, credit card or services card. The Business Representative or Contact must call 51334016/01800 837 8297.

www.aeromexico.com accepts the Gift Card, where a service or product must be paid completely with the Gift Card.

In the case of change or cancellation can you reimburse me the cost of the Gift Card?

The Gift Card is nonrefundable in case of cancellation or change of the reservation, neither can it be exchanged for cash nor combined with other benefits. The Premier Points used in purchasing the Gift Card are not refundable.

Under no circumstances may the validity period of the Gift Card be extended.

If I do not receive the number of the Gift Card, can you send it to me again?

In addition to receiving notice of redemption via e - mail, data from the Gift Card will be recorded in the Corporate Account and may be queried at any time through the account management options in www.clubpremiercorporativo.com. It is important to consider that participating companies are committed to providing the necessary means to receive any communication regarding the program, so they shall update the information regarding the email where they want to receive notifications.
